Thank you for contacting Tennessee Technological University to schedule a campus visit for your school group or organization! We look forward to welcoming you to campus and creating an unforgettable experience.
We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Group visits are available Tuesday through Thursday at 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM, allowing ample time for your group to experience campus. If these times do not fit your schedule, please select ‘Other’ below or contact Peyton Land, Campus Visit Coordinator, at pland@tntech.edu. We will do our best to accommodate alternative times. If a guided tour is not available, we will provide a self-guided tour to ensure you still have a meaningful visit.
Our group visits are designed for high school and community college students. We offer three options to best meet your group’s needs:
Option A: Main Campus Tour (1 hour)Enjoy a guided walking tour led by our Trailblazers (current students), who will highlight campus life and key locations. The tour includes stops such as the Main Quad, Lab Science Commons (LSC), Ashraf Islam Engineering Building (AIEB), Marc L. Burnett Fitness Center, outdoor spaces, and the Roaden University Center (RUC), home to our cafeteria and additional dining options.
Best for: Groups looking for a shorter visit or an introduction to campus.
Option B: Main Campus Tour + Lunch (2 hours)Includes a guided campus tour along with time for your group to enjoy lunch in The Caf. The Caf offers an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience with a variety of options to accommodate different dietary preferences.
Lunch is available for purchase, and groups are responsible for meal costs (typically around $10.75 per person).
Best for: Groups who would like additional time on campus and a dining experience.
Option C: Main Campus Tour + Lunch + Admissions Presentation (3 hours)
Includes a guided campus tour, time for your group to enjoy lunch, and an admissions presentation. An admissions counselor will provide an overview of Tennessee Tech, academic programs, life in Cookeville, financial aid and scholarships, the application process, and will answer any questions.
Lunch is available for purchase, and groups are responsible for meal costs (typically around $10.75 per person).
Best for: Groups seeking a more in-depth visit experience and detailed information about admissions and next steps.
